The showcase coverage of Victorian thoroughbred racing commenced on Saturday, 29 August 2015. Foxtel Channel 529 broadcasts the same vision as the two free-to-air channels. The same daily broadcast of Victorian thoroughbred racing appears on both Channel 68 and 78. What is the difference between Channel 68 (Regional) and Channel 78 (Metro)? It is integrated with digital streaming and other services at and showcased to regional areas via affiliate broadcasters. ![]() It is available through both Foxtel Channel 529 and the free-to-air channels 78 (and 68 in regional areas) broadcast using MPEG4 technology and showcases Victorian thoroughbred racing 363 days-a-year.
